[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — My claim rejected with stupid reason | |||||
I have applied for my claim because my mobile got dropped from my pocket while i was running in the park. And the have rejected my claik and they gave me the reason that i did not use any safe gaurd to protect mobile in mail. And i also got a call for my claim and executive told that you should have zip in your pocket. They are giving very stupid reason because they all know that my insurance will expire soon. I mailed them so many times but non of them replied for my mail. Because they all know that they have given stupid reason.
