[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — My claim was rejected and when received my cell phone it was damaged | |||
Dear sir/madam, I am dilip ghelani. I have claimed my phone red-mi note 3 that my back cover and camera was destroyed by an accidentally and i have given to you but my claim was canceled so i took back but when i received your box then i came know that touch pad was not working. Before submitting it was properly working but now it is not. I told your employee that it is not working so they said to me that send me a mail that its not working so they will reply you in 48 hours. But still i did not received any mail or any reply. So sir what should i do? Who is the responsible for this damage? And still if you will not reply then i will go to the consumer court. This is my claim no. 1971332 relationship no. 936607.
