[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — My mobile is not delivered

I have received sms from mi customer center that phone is ready to be picked up and please collect it from the service center on 4th of june, but still i have not received any message from oneassist that they have picked my phone, its my business phone. Sending their official service email id but no response since monday. When i read few complaints regarding not delivered their phone, i am afraid, therefore i want to make complain.

Please guys deliver my phone on prompt basis,
