After damage i claimed for insurance and submitted all documents my phone get picked up from my location and they told me that it will take 25 to 30 days I patiently wait for 45 days. i did not get any call from their site so I called them and asked for status of my cell, they gave me due date of 25 april 2016. then i called on 25th april they told me that due date is 27 april. i called on 27 they gave me new due date 2 may. again i called on 2 may they gave me new due date 4 may and today is 4 may again i called now my new due date is 6 may.
this is worst insurance company keeps you promising. and their costumer care executives well trained to lie and keep costumers blank about information regarding product status. their is no any transparency in process Was this information helpful? |
