Device claim – service request # 2676848 Not given a chance to explain on why there was a delay in reporting the accident in 48hrs. Even after writing mails, we do not see any response. We spent a week time in hospital and was undergoing a mental trauma as my wife was in delivery ward for new born baby. Customer care rejected my claim saying that we didn’t report the incident in 48hrs. Even wrote a mail to customer care but no response for a week time and ready to provide documents for hospitalisation and baby birth certificate. You mean to say whatever condition we are in we need to call and report the incident. How bad is that. Cheating customer this way is the horrible experience. Was this information helpful? | |||||
