Below i am facing the service issue and still problem not resolved.
we have not purchased your service to repair the product. we purchased your service to resolve the issue and replace the new with quality product, but one assist not providing the proper service and product quality.
I raised the first complaint on dt.1st Aug 2022 (Service Request No.[protected], your technician visited at home and checked that the cooler motor is not working. He is visiting again after 8 days with a new motor, but the motor is local and the quality of the motor is not good. your person replaced the local motor and then said cooler fan issue and took the pin and closed the complaint without any information.
When I called customer care and again raised the complaint on 16 Aug 2022 (Service Request No.[protected], your technician visited and told motor issues and the last technician fitted the local motor. after that still no any one reply from one assist and still cooler problem not resolved form last 1 month.
If the first-time cooler problem is not resolved, then how did you clear the service bill?. Your technician fitted a local low-quality motor but attached bill motor values shows Rs.3100/- (refer attachment). how it is possible and what prof checked by from your team and how cleared it without customer confirmation.
