[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — No reply for my iphone 7 after pick up, no stand by cell phone, no support from customer care | |||||
My cell was picked up on 21st of march and told me that they will provide me with the standby cell phone in few days i waited till 15 days for thier call back for the standby cell and for the status of my cell when i had called them on 04/04/2017 they told me that they can't provide me with standby cell and they have closed my request which i had placed earlier for stand by cellphone as they thought i didn't needed one... They didn't even call to confirm and more over the complain for my iphone insurance was placed on 13th of march i have to literally beg them to pick up my cell and put it under insurance and now they are informing me that the promise to return the cell in 12 days can't be fulfill coz of delay to give phone in the insurance so the bottom line is 1- i paid more to get a stand by cell i m not getting that, 2 - i paid coz they told me that they will pick up and send my cell within 12 days 3 - after 15 days i still have to wait more coz they are not giving me a confirm date when will i get my cell 4 - the call center people are not helpful at all and this company only know to take more not to return it Was this information helpful? | |||||
