[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — No response after filing claim | |||
I had purchased a mobile insurence package and when my phone was damaged had raised for claim. There was a delay by the company to get back to me and later i was told that i had to get my phone repaired myself since my area was not under the servicable area. It was not mentioned to me while purchasing the insurence. After getting the phone repaired myself i applied for refund of the service charge which the company has not refunded even after three months. I do not get any reply to my mails and also the call is disconnected as soon as i get in touch with a customer care executive. I wanted to know if there is a way of taking up the same with consumer court and irda as well. Was this information helpful? | |||
