[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — No response in SR service | |||||
I have raised a claim for my mi phone protection cover i have taken with oneassist . And i was not able to upload docs immediately, so called to customer care and raised an SR 1818213 to reopen the claim as they intimated me over the email. However after raising an SR it's more than a month and they didn't serve it and didn't get any update too. Whenever i call customer care they say that it's open with back end team we are escalating. I told them even your are delaying and my protection cover time will get over in few days and they might say it's not a valid claim now. Please address this Was this information helpful? | |||||
