[Resolved]  OneAssist Consumer Solutions — No response in SR service

I have raised a claim for my mi phone protection cover i have taken with oneassist . And i was not able to upload docs immediately, so called to customer care and raised an SR 1818213 to reopen the claim as they intimated me over the email. However after raising an SR it's more than a month and they didn't serve it and didn't get any update too. Whenever i call customer care they say that it's open with back end team we are escalating. I told them even your are delaying and my protection cover time will get over in few days and they might say it's not a valid claim now. Please address this

As per the telephonic conversation, we won't be able to raise a new claim as the first SR was closed in the Documents stage wherein you didn't upload the required documents within 21 days.

Hi team, I have discussed this with customer care team few times and explained that I was not able to upload documents immediately.after discussing with customer care they said they can reopen if they get email from oneassist. I have received an email to reopen the claim. As per the mail SR done for reopen by requesting customer care .After when i keep calling customer care i was told they can't reopen. They agreed to reopen and raised an SR as well. About the second claim i have asked only today, i am talking about the agreement of reopening the first claim. From march 1st i am following up to have the claim reopened as per the intimation. Reopen as per intimation
