OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Not approving insurance claim after sufficient details provided and claim being rejected by giving lame excuses

The laptop had fell down and no damage had
appeared but after reopening the laptop had a
cract on the inside screen. This was informed
to the company but they declined the claim and
rejected it and I am not satisfied with the
answer.
