[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Not deactivating my plan

Hi, one assist is not deactiving my plan from past three years and when ever i call they will tell all the nonsense and tell me that i will get call back, which i will get but no one will talk. When i follow up they will say same thing that i will get another back, but happens samething. They won't care how many times if i complaint, lastly they will renew plan without authorisation from my credit card and say this is auto renewal. This is big fraud from one assist.
