[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Not giving my mobile phone back | |||||
I have given my mobile phone under insurance to one assist insurance company my service number is 1599474, almost 5 month the mobile is with the company and the company is not giving back, the company is giving me new due dates of repairing and even sometimes gives confirmation that i will recieve my mobile on this date or that but mobile never came. Even a week back i got a phone from service center that my handset is ready and but the comapny service center is not responding with proper answer, just want my mobile back. The company is doing cheating at the time of pick up they says they will repaired and deliver the product after a month but its 5 month over . Even i got a call from mi service center that my mobile is ready but dont know why the company is cheating. Just want my mobile back even in unrepaired condition Was this information helpful? | |||||
