OneAssist Consumer Solutions — not processing claims and just passing on customers every 2 days to call center number | |||||
OneAssist has been a disappoint experience. Case Number : SR#2851930 I have trying to get a claim logged and processed for last 10 days and it does not seems to be heading anywhere. There is always someone calling and asking to update the claim description. When i asked how below are the different tricks oneassist associates have tried with me: 1. First time they said call the customer care and get it updated (which they dont have access to do so they as me to do step 2) 2. Second time they told me that i need to go to oneassist login and update (which obviously wont work on a submitted claim as it is greyed out) 3. Third time i again call the customer care and inform them about my issue, this time they tell me that its a technical issue and i should try after 24 hours 4. After 24 hours i am still not able to update it using the oneassist login so i call the call center again, this time they tell me that they will send me a link on email which i need to use to update the details 5. Another 24 hours passed i get a call from support saying that i need to update the details or else the claim will be cancelled and not processed. 6. So i call back the customer care, this time i talk to a agent called Chetan who was completely confused and didnt know how to fool me because all the options had been tried. So Chetan tells me that i need to write an email to [protected]@oneassist.in and wait for 24 hours to update. Which i refused to do and asked him to connect me to somebody senior. Which obviously he wont do and told me that if i was not happy i need to leave a feedback at the number i was being transferre, which was a IVR (again i dont think anyone bothers to refer to IVR feedback's ever) I absolutely feel cheated by Oneassist while being associated with them. I need to get the appropriate support for the premium that i have paid. And not be cheated by finding different reasons for not processing my claim. Was this information helpful? | |||||
