[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — not providing replacement letter of the phone replaced from them. | |||||
I have wrote this letter with the concern related to replacement letter for sr no.1481390. I have an iphone 6 insured by one assist which was replaced under the above claim number. Its been more than a year and i haven't received the replacement letter yet. I had made 50-60 request relating to the replacement letter but the following has still not been provided to me. The replacement letter should be showing that the phone is replaced from your side. I would like you to look into this and provide me with the replacement letter. I have raised a request for the replacement letter 40-50 times but the only response was please wait for 2 days we will get it done. I have talked to senior executives as well with similar response from there side as well. At that moment i did not had the necessity so i didn't force you. Now, god forbid if something happens to my phone how would i claim the insurance. Was this information helpful? | |||||
