[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — not received refund

Sir/madam, I asked your oneassist cancellation team to cancel my oneassist plan and initiate the refund for which they told that plan is going to be cancelled and i will get my refund within 10days. But it has already been 10 days and i have not received my refund yet. My relationship no. Is 2497456 and my service request number for cancellation is 2249888.
