Dear sir, Please help me as i have purchased total protection plan for rs.1274.25, paid through my debit card for my new cellphone on 14/12/2017. All these greedy employees named who called me is sanobar, sameer, samar etc are the one who proposed me the plan. I have sent them all my tax invoice bill, mobile pics with imei no. S and all the details they want. From 3 days, i am asking them to send me the tax invoice copy and policy copy but they are not providing me any kind of documents, just the membership no.[protected]. And relationship id 3261147. The tax invoice copy no. Is 2970082 appearing on my website login id of one assist. They just demand emails and when did several no. Of emails they are getting back to send me the tax invoice and policy copy. If they are doing this much delay in providing me documents, they what will happen if i claim for my phone. Also, they have issued me two policies,, i dont know what are they doing?? Ihave viewed many, many complaints as same as mine from consumers. Please help me at urgent Regards: Anuj jain [protected].
