[Resolved]  OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Not receiving my xiaomi mi4i mobile handset since 2 months

I have claimed my xiomi mi4i mobile liquid damage insurance on july, 2016 through oneassist india. But after many days they are not responding to my claim and every time they just tell me that your claim is under process. So after all, i cancelled my request and close that claim without repair of my handset on 27 sep 2016. But whenever i call to oneassist customer care they ask me that we are tracking your handset and we will update you soon. I contact oneassist through twitter also but every time they just give their uniform answer "we sincerely regret the inconvenience. We're looking into the issue on priority & will communicate shortly." still i did not get back my xiomi mi4i mobile. Please find my details of oneassist id and claim details and get back to me.
