[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Not Return Handset | |||||
Hi Sir/Mam, I want to inform you regarding my mobile phone insurance plan. I am buy the plan in June for my mobile damage protection plan, I am submit my damage mobile in same month. According to one-assist they return the mobile with in 4 days to week but i am till waiting for my mobile. When i call to Customer care they every time said same line "your mobile due date change for next 30 days, next 15 days. When i am check the reviews o[censored]sers everybody suffering with this same issue. I have audio and screen shoot proof regarding same. Today again due date changed. Please request to you take strict action for this company. I am waiting for my handset from 4 to 5 months. Was this information helpful? | |||||
