Device Claim – Service Request # 1645649, Service Request number 1711060, One Assist is not returning my handset after claim request closed, its almost three month completed, whenever I call they will say its take seven working days to return, every time its happening., even I escalated thrice no response at all., I am approaching consumer forum.
