Without my consent oneassist has deducted the amount from my credit card this time for inr 1399. And i called on the customer care to cancel this and they say is we cannot refund the whole amount according to our policy, we can only return inr 400 to you. Your company is so unethical that without taking consumers consent you deduct amount from their account. And you decide everything on someone’s hard earned money to how much to be given back. Last year you people did the same from my debit card without my consent. I have never recieved any call from you people last year for this and this year as well to have your services i have never ever requested for your services nor i want your services. Please refund my money back and i want the full refund. And attached document is my last years complain.
