Dear one assist, This the 2nd year my policy is renewed without my confirmation. Last year when i asked for cancellation they told me once the policy is activated it's can't be deactivated next year it can't be renewed. Today i got a message from one assist dear customer your membership has been successfully upgraded to power individual plan. When i am not using your services from last year then why it had been renewed. Relationship no. :- 625778 So please don't renew my policy i am feedup your services and refund my deducted amount 1399 immediately Neither i received any call/sms/courier from your end before renewal of policy Tarun kumar Was this information helpful? | |
