Dear one assist, This the 2nd year my policy is renewed without my confirmation. Last year when i asked for cancellation they told me once the policy is activated it's can't be deactivated next year it can't be renewed. Today i got a message from one assist dear customer your membership has been successfully upgraded to power individual plan. When i am not using your services from last year then why it had been renewed.
