We highly regret to inform that, we had recieved a message stating Membership fee has been debited on your card ending 8194 Membership will be processed and well come kit despatched shortly. The said message has been sent to mobile today at 2.00pm We just cannot understand how the concerned department can do this Without our prior consent. Also keeping us in dark how much and why should They debit the amount with out our knowledge. We request the dept to kindly not to debit the amount, and also to reverse The amount if already debited. Hoping early steps regarding the issue. Request to rectify such issues in future. Also inform the step taken under Copy to us Regards. B.
