I have request for claim for my iphone 7 on march 28th, its been more than 30 days there is no response from oneassist and i am fed-up with process they are trying to keep the things drag or trying to reject it, now i requested for my device back but they haven't provided my damaged device till now if i called support or mailed them they are always saying wait for some time. i really dont understand what exactly some time means ? some time means how long ? I have provided all the docs and proofs still they are asking the same again and again to drag the things be careful with it, and i have given my device for servicing but it was being used by some one assist employ i have wiped my device before requesting for claim but that stupid employ is using my device and apple ID too. find the attached images one assist is cheating fraud company please try to avoid it, if you still go ahead with this insurance after the review and complaint you are a fool.
