I have gone through continuous harassment in last 2 months, and still waiting for claim settlement for my stolen mobile. One Assist is the BEST in poor service, making customers frustrated, harassing the customers, unprofessional behavior, etc etc etc.. Its more than 2 months, I am still waiting for my claim settlement for stolen mobile. They keep coming back asking for the same set of documents that have already been shared. They loose your documents and again ask for the same in few days. This way they just keep extending the time, in which the customer gets frustrated, and finally loose patience and give off this claim, Thus, One Assist gets benefited. Their customer support is seriously pathetic. Unprofessional agents, lack of customer service. In last 2 months, I have asked them multiple times to transfer to their supervisor for escalation; however, every time I get common answer "Supervisor is on another escalation or a meeting". They always promised to arrange a call back from the supervisor in a couple of hours, but never did. I really don't know if I am ever going to get my claim settled.
