My oneassist membership got autorenewal by debiting my hdfc credit card. When i contacted customer service, she replied they have sent mail to me but no mail has been received so far. Last year i complained about the same and told them to stop it but they have done it purposefully. Moreover, 1399 rupees deducted as showing in my credit card statement.
