Greetings of the day! This is to inform you that your bank has debited rs.1399 as the charge for availing one assist mfee from my credit card ending with 1050 at hdfc, kakkanad branch on 08 may 2019. Neither did i opt to avail this facility nor authorize anyone to add the feature to my account. The amount is deducted without my consent.
