[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — one assist plan activated without my consent enhanced wa single privileged plan

My account has been debited by Rs.1899 on 03.11.2017 stating narration as 'New Policy' and then I received an email from One Assist for creation of policy. I have never opted to such policy neither I have been informed about the same. Even without my knowledge the policy has been created. How could you debit without my consent? I also tried to call their customer care but no one responded. Without my consent how such debits can be allowed to my account. I need my money refunded ASAP or else I will be bound to take legal course against the Bank.
Look into the matter and solve it on urgent basis. This is not the type of service expected from ICICI Bank. It is very unprofessional activity on behalf of bank. I need the refund ASAP.
