Dear brijesh Already i made an complaint on that your one assist team has activated one assist plan on my credit card. On behalf of my complaint you had said that your plan has been cancelled, but i didn't receive any alerts or messages from your side. As per our records, we can see that your cancellation request is already been processed vide a Service Request number 2228122 on 08th August, 2017. The refund will be processed in bank/card account from which the amount has been debited. It takes 7 to 8 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank/card account.
