[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — one assist plan deduct from my credit card account without my confirmation

Hi,

One assist has charged me rs.1899 on 22nd august 2017 without my permission. I don't understand how my credit card can be accessed like this without my consent, and as of now i don't want any of the services provided by one-assist. Even i dont recived any credit card from icici bank.

Please deactivate the account and refund my money.

The refund will be processed in bank/card account from which the amount has been debited. It takes 7 to 8 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank/card account.
