[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — one assist subscription

I have not purchased or ordered anything in one assist. But i got a message saying unable to detect amount from my kotak credit card due to insufficient limit. When i have not applied any schemes why i am receiving this message. I fear that they will detect once i settle by credit due. Without my concern how they can first register with my credit card.
