[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — one assist upgraded without intimation | |||||
I got a mail from one assist stating that my account has been upgraded and whne i checked my hdfc credit card amount from credit card rs1399/- debited for one assist... I shocked because already called to customer service executive to not to continue this service at any cost.. And we had discussion... For that and executive tried to convince me to continue the service but i did not agree for that.. It is huge inconvenience for me... Im getting disturbed... I spent more my valueable time to speak to cc and to give this complaint... Plz credit my one assit fee back rs.1399/- and i lost my business to spent the time to give this complaint worth 17000/- and for internet charges rs..20/- total one assist has to pay me total amount rs.18419/- Was this information helpful? | |||||
