[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — one assist - worst company ever | |||||
I have been following up since 29th may 2017 with your help desk and no solution has been provided so far. They are not able to register the damage claim as the old claim is still open in their tool (For the last claim i have paid the service fee and go back the mobile but not sure why the claim is not closed?). I am really dissatisfied with the service you provide. I have made so many calls since then. I am not able to register the claim, your customer care executive says that previous claim is still open in the system so unable to register new claim. Every time when i speak to them, they promise to close it in 48 hrs and till date nothing has happened. [protected] membership id Hi deepali, on 14th august, you called me and said definitely you will check and call back in 24 hours.. You were supposed to call me on 16th as 15 was holiday. So for i have not received any call from you. This is really atrocious. I want a call back immediately. Why complaint is marked as resolved where as it is not??? Was this information helpful? | |||||
