This is a fraud company. The refund team is insisting to share the complete credit card number and otp, when i am asking to cancel the membership and refund the amount. I have sent multiple emails and not seeing any positive response from the team. I don't understand why the team is irritating so much when i am requesting to cancel the membership. This is not the way they should do the business, customers should accept the membership by willingness and not by force.
