[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — oneassist membership fee deduction without permission | |
Hi, A membership fee of 1899 rupees has been deducted from my hdfc credit card account without prior notification or intimation for one year membership of oneassist. I installed the app last year as requested by hdfc and gave the details for one year free membership. Now, without prior notice, they deducted an amount of 1899 without my permission and afterwards send me a message. I want to deactivate the account and refund of my money.
