[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Oneassist not did deliver my handset | |||||
Dear Sir, I have purchased one mobile insurance plan "MA Damage Protection Plan 8K-15K" with Oneassist on 24/05/2016. I filed a claim (#SR1455599) against a physical damage to my mobile handset on 03/07/2016 with Oneassist and subsequently, the handset was collected from my residence. Later on, they communicated that my handset is in under repairing, and shall be delivered by 16th August. Till date I have not received my handset. I am chasing Oneassist customer care almost every week but getting the same reply from them that it is under still under repairing. I am very much disappointed with the service of Oneassist because they are supposed to issue me a new handset (same make and model) as they have failed measurably what they committed.
