I fully agree on the one of the previous user's statement. Here is my expereince too.

No professionalism, No courtesy, No proper system in place, different people say different things.Repeatedly asking the same information, deliberate delay and at the end case is closed.

I have raised the complaint on June 6th, 2017 since the OnePlus3T screen was damaged . I also got a confirmation verbally that the standby device will be given at the time of collecting the faulty mobile. I have got 10 ( yes - exactly 10 emails ) email response saying that the service request was created..I picked the last email (10th) and uploaded all the required documents on 7th June. Another set of 10 email on June 8th as well

The team had come back after 3 days that the description is not clear and while uploading it self the system was demanding to be in 50 words like that. The mobile is simply fell down from the Bed/Cot while getting down. What other explanation can be shared over here.I have shared the snap of COT/ BED, The place where it fell down, including the mobile and approx height is well captured in the photo. Since, there were no update for next few days except that I was keep on getting en email stating that the documents were not uploaded etc .On June 10th I was on a call with them for 25 mins or so. Now, the customer care executive said there is no standby option can be provided. I explained that there seems to be a problem in your system as you are not able view the uploaded documents. While raising the case also, I have got 10 email response on the same subject. I was asked to upload it again. I did uploaded it.

Later, I was approached to send an email about that they were looking for the govt ID proof of my wife who was the user which has been uploaded instead of my own.

I have asked them to share some one email id so that I can share all the documents in one go as the portal seems to be having some issues. They were asking an email confirmation from me that I had gifted the mobile to my wife. I did sent an email as well . I did send out all the documents once again to the email id xxxxx @oneassist.in. One week is completed but there is no response.

Today, I had a call with the customer care - tollfree number for 33 min but the customer care executive couldn't access any details, doesn't understand the seriousness of the problem, no escalation available and only thing he could do is to call back in 48 hours.

This is the 5th week since the case was opened, but they are unable to even accept the case for taking the device for replacement.The current status is that they had simply closed the case while there is no action pending from my side.

Documents Uploaded and shared it with them,

- Front Image with Serial,
- IMEI number,
- Back image with IMEI,
- Place where the damage occured (COT/Bed - floor level),
- Invoice Copy, Order Copy,
- Govt ID of self and wife,
- Email confirmation sent to them that it was a gift to my wife

I will wait for an final update till tomorrow and then to file a legal case against them
