I have been calling oneassist to discontinue their services. They either have poor network or poor solutions. I am calling to unsubscribe from their service but the minute i say that to the customer care agent says they cannot hear me or i cannot hear them and the call gets disconnected.
This is a really cheap strategy to ensure someone is unable to discontinue a service.
Kindly look into it as they have mailed me that they will be deducting 1799 from my account in the next month. Without asking me for permission to do so.
This is completely incorrect as a consumer, i should have the right to decide if money should be debited from my account. Was this information helpful? |
