[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Phone damaged | |||
Hi, I had bought mobile protection for my mi4i from one assist. The phone had been submitted on 26/7/2016. Sr#1462832 is the no for the claim. I received the phone ion 10-oct-2016 after a lot of follow up and headache but when the phone was returned they took out the sim tray and the audio for the phone isn't working anymore. It was working vbefore and the sim tray was submitted along with the phone to oneassist. Was this information helpful? | |||
