[Resolved]  OneAssist Consumer Solutions — phone not delivered

Hi! My request to everyone don't buy any insurance from this company, they really doing false business by fake marketing promise.
My phone was repickup on 16 jan 2018 and till now it is not delivered to me when i call customer care they always says kindly wait for 48 hrs we will update you soon. But till now i don’t have any udate they always says it is under repairing process. I don’t know to repair a phone how many days they want. Its already passed more than 20 days. Iam very disappointed from one assist service they always telling lie i have recorings of all call and also have records of mail and messages from one assist.
