Karan vinay singh [protected] Iphone 7 jet black 128gb Imei no.[protected] One assist complete insurance pack in which i have assured by customer care that 12 days replacement guarantee and one temporary handset while purchasing the product But now i have claim handset on 15 may 2017 and today is 12 june 2017 20 days has been past but i have not got the phone and customer care are not providing the information of my claim while doing the mail to backup team there is no reply from there side also I want to lodge a complain against one assist that they have cheated me so request what to be do as early as possible.
