Hi, I have got my handset repaired via one assist insurances. But after the handset repair it was having some issue with the speaker and mic, so made a complain to them with 48 hrs that my repaired handset is having issue so please get it fixed. I was told by the oneassist customer care that we have received your complain and the re-pickup will be done withen 2-3 working days. But this was not done after 8-10 days also. Everyday i am calling the customer care to get the things correct for my handset. The response please wait for 24-48 hrs we have escalated your issue. Daily this thing is happening and i am not getting any proper resolution or response. Was this information helpful? | |
