[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Plan deactivation and Refund of deducted amount

Even after calling the customer care for deactivating my current plan, I can see that rs-1899/- deducted from my bank to one assist plan on 30/12/2021. I tried to call customer service many times but no one properly responded. Request you to please deactivate my plan and refund my amount ASAP. Date of incident: 30/12/2021.
