[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — plan reactivated without any confirmation even when i had asked to deactivate plan 1 year back | |||
Last year oneassist plan was activated on my hdfc credit card. I had asked for deactivation of plan. But plan was never deactivated and oneassist has deducted the entire amount of 1899 again without any confirmation from my side. How these guys are operating. First they harass you by calling again and again once plan is activated, they keep on deducting the amount again and again. No answer to any call or mails.
