OneAssist Consumer Solutions — please terminate my one assist plan | |||||
I have requested one assist team to terminate my plan over call and mail also but customer care representative is not ready to discontinue. He is insisting again and again and suddenly disconnected phone from their end and when again i am calling customer care then they are telling concern team will call back again. Now i am feeling helpless can't understand how to deactivate this plan. Today also i have called them but they are telling same thing. Was this information helpful? | |||||
