I bought an insurance for my iPhone 6 for Rs.4000, i lost my mobile on 16th Dec'15. I have given all the documents but they are not giving me my claim money. Every time i call or visit hey say it will take 10 days next time they say 25 days and the no. of days keep on increasing. It's been almost 3 months and i haven't got my money even they are not picking my calls.

Updated by Mohammed Zohaib Even they have taken from me the original mobile bill so that i don't have a proof that I purchased the cell phone. Also they demanded the original FIR. I'm very sure they are frauds.
