[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions Private Limited — Mobile insurance fraud | |||||
I have taken insurance for my mobile with one assist (It covers accidental damage to mobile). My phone screen got broken accidentally on 25th march 2016, logged a complaint with one assist and provided all required detail and documents. After several reminders and calls one assist picked up the phone on 11th april 2016 for repair/replacement purpose. They asked me to pay some amount to pay and they asked for one week time to return the handset. It is more than two months now and company is giving me false commitments but phone is never returned by them. Mr vinod, the guy who interacts says do whatever you want to do.
