Dear Sir/ Madam, My self Anuj Kumar Srivastava My Registered Mobile no [protected]. Me and lot of my friends have been your customers more then 2 years.But I am facing a lot of difficulty in claiming.My claim has been rejected by your company officers. No mail and phone, no any proper conformation.Customer care executive says reason was told that the mobile fell from his hand and not from his own.Earlier my friend (Mr. Pranit Pandey) got claim on 31st December due to same reason.Why discriminate against me.
