My relationship number is 973924 and claim number is SR#1815460. The reason I am writing to you is that my claim has been delayed for very long.I didn't even get a courtesy handset from their end for the interim period. Going by the company's tagline "Live Uninterrupted", my life has come to a dead end, being without a phone.I am facing huge emotional turmoil due to this and would not mind taking this case to the court of law if prompt action is not taken from their end. Every time I call the customer service for claim status they tell me that the claim is pending for insurance company's approval and would take maximum 48 hours. All my friends who have used their service tell me that they are fraudsters. Was this information helpful? | |||||
