Relationship No : 522285 Name- Hemant Kumar this is regarding my dual payment done while purchasing new insurance. when i complaint abt it they said it will take 3 days. but its been 20 days so far yet no refund. first of all they steal my money i made payment by CC in first time but it was declined then i made payment by netbanking. after making payment they processed CC payment. this is not fair. They are a fraud company your money is gone. They damaged my mobile phone way more than what i submitted and they are now washing their hands off. Worse service ever. Let your phone to the dustbin but don't submit it to them
