OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Refund not processed/ received

I had purchased 2 plans for extending warranty of 2 devices. Both of the plans were automatically cancelled from One Assist's end, I did not cancel it. It was cancelled within 2 weeks of purchasing the plan and I have not received any refund after cancellation.

Dear Gogoi, As discussed on call, the appliance ageing is more than 60 days and hence we had cancelled the membership from the system. Please note that the refund shall be processed to your source account within 48 working hours - Andreya, Team OneAssist.
